Decatur Police stopped a car at the intersection of 6th Avenue and Jackson Street because the headlights were not on.
After searching the car the officer found a quantity of ecstacy pills, digital scales and prescription pills.
Police arrested Rormelle Rice and charged him with unlawful possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and no head lights.
Police also arrested Latoya Burnett.
