Woman charged with endangering unborn child | Crime
A Decatur woman has been charged with chemical endangerment of her unborn baby.
Bianca Denise Harris had failed court-ordered drug tests during June, July and August. During June, Harris had learned she was two-and-a-half months pregnant. Her probation officer reported the failed drug tests and pregnancy to Decatur Police.
Harris was arrested on Friday and charged with chemical endangerment of a child. Her probation has been revoked, and Harris will remain in the Morgan County Jail until her probation hearing.
The health of the unborn baby is unknown at this time.
