Man accused of spying on women in public bathrooms | Crime
Decatur Police arrested a man for the second time following allegations of criminal surveillance.
In August 2009, Robert James Bell was charged with criminal surveillance after he spied on women in public restrooms. Bell pleaded guilty to the charge.
Bell was arrested again following similar allegations. Decatur Police say Bell is also wanted by the Huntsville, Athens and Kalamazoo, Michigan police departments.
The police department will hold a news conference Wednesday afternoon to release more information about Bell's current charges.
