Trial date set for Rolando McClain | Crime

A Morgan County Judge set a February 25th trial date for Oakland Raiders star Rolando McClain.

The former Alabama standout pleaded not guilty to multiple charges stemming from a fight in Decatur back in 2011.

McClain is accused of threatening to kill a man and then firing a gun next to the man's head.

McClain was convicted in municipal court, but appealed that verdict. That moved the case to circuit court.

He is also being sued by the alleged victim in civil court. A trial date for that case has not been set.
