Rape case going to grand jury | Crime

The case against a Morgan County man accused of having a sexual relationship with a 14-year-old is going to a grand jury.

Richard Wesley Allen is charged with rape, sodomy, and 13 counts of production of obscene material.

Decatur Police say he met the victim at a church function.

Investigators say the girl's mother found out what was happening and contacted police.
