Decatur man arrested for four-wheeler theft | Crime

Decatur Police arrested a Decatur man after spotting him riding down the street on a stolen four-wheeler.

Dustin Carter is charged with first degree theft.

Investigators say he stole a 2005 Yamaha 400 four-wheeler from a home on Indian Hills Road in Decatur. About an hour after that theft, a Morgan County Sheriff's Deputy reported spotting Carter on the four-wheeler on Kayo Road.
