Woman accused of violating sex offender law | Crime

The Morgan County Special Victims Unit has arrested and charged a woman with failing to comply with sex offender laws.

Sheriff Ana Franklin says that 35 year old Kelly Dianna Allen didn't notify her department when she moved to Somerville recently. She was also accused of living with a child - something that was against her parole terms.

Another woman in the home, 29 year old Belinda Williams, was arrested and charged with giving police a false name. Investigators say she was wanted on a meth manufacturing warrant.

Three children inside the home have been placed in foster care.
