Charges dropped against Oakland Raider Rolando McClain | Crime

Court records show charges have been dropped against Oakland Raiders star Rolando McClain.

McClain faced multiple charges after a fight in Decatur in December of 2011. He was accused of threatening to kill a man and firing a gun next to the man's head.

McClain was convicted in Decatur municipal court and sentenced to 180 days in jail. McClain appealed that decision and the case was moved to Morgan County circuit court.

Documents filed in circuit court state the victim no longer wants to prosecute.

The alleged victim has filed a civil lawsuit against McClain.
