Unregistered sex offender arrested in Decatur | Crime
Police arrested an unregistered sex offender Tuesday during a traffic stop.
Decatur Police said they stopped Christopher South for a moving violation.
During the traffic stop, officers discovered South was a convicted sex offender living in Decatur but had not registered his address.
South was arrested and booked in the Morgan County Jail.
