Passed out woman arrested on drug charges | Crime

Decatur, AL (WAFF) - A who was arrested after being found passed out in a Decatur parking lot is being held on a half-million dollars bond, facing drug manufacturing charges.

Investigators found Christa Tippett in a car at the Hobby Lobby on Beltline Road Friday afternoon. They soon found what looked like items consistent with a meth lab in the trunk.

Tippett was also charged with DUI.
