Drug arrests | Crime
On Wednesday, members of the Decatur Police Department's Special Operations Division, Morgan County Drug Task Force and the Alabama Beverage Control Board Drug Enforcement Unit executed a search warrant at 2402 Windover Drive Southwest Apartment "C." Agents say they found crack cocaine, marijuana and drug sale paraphernalia.
Terrance Montez Holmes was arrested for first degree unlawful possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of drug sale paraphernalia. Christopher O'Neal Fitch was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance. Fitch was also arrested on 2 felony warrants for unlawful distribution of a controlled substance.
Holmes was taken to the Morgan County Jail and held in lieu of a $3,000 bond. Fitch was transferred to the Morgan County Jail and held in lieu of a $12,500 bond.
