Arraignment set for tomorrow for former Morgan County teacher | News
DECATUR, AL (WAFF)- A former Morgan County teacher will be arraigned on vehicular homicide Tuesday.
Rusty McIntyre was a physical education teacher at Somerville Road Elementary and an assistant baseball coach at Decatur High School.
Rusty McIntyre resigned from the Decatur City School system three months after a crash last February. It happened on Highway 20 near Highway 31 in Limestone County.
Decatur Police say McIntyre crossed over the grassy median and crashed head-on into Anthony Cheek's car. He died at the scene.
