Stabbing suspect leads police on foot chase | News

DECATUR, AL (WAFF)- One person was injured and another arrested after a
stabbing in Decatur.
Police responded to a fight call in the 400 block of 3rd
Avenue Friday evening.
When they arrived on the scene, they observed
Kenneth "Lance" Kasey Cobble fleeing the scene.
A short foot chase led to Cobble locking himself in his
apartment. After he refused to open the door and comply with officers, police
forced entry into the residence and took him into custody.
Cobble was charged with public intoxication, second degree
assault and resisting arrest.
The victim's injuries were minor, and he refused medical
treatment.
