Woman charged with assaulting Morgan Co. deputy | News
MORGAN COUNTY, AL (WAFF)- A woman faces charges for assaulting a Morgan County deputy.
The Morgan County Sheriff said 29-year-old Windi Hill kicked the deputy in the face while investigating a domestic violence dispute on Roundtop Road between, Falkville and the Cullman County line.
Hill was charged with public intoxication, resisting arrest and 3rd degree assault.
The deputy was not injured.
She was booked in the Morgan County Jail.
