DECATUR, AL (WAFF)- Decatur Police arrested two teenagers on breaking and entering charges over the weekend.
At 3:15 a.m. Sunday, police received a burglary in progress call at Courtyard Apartments. When officers arrived, they found 19-year-old Christopher Wesley Tackett and a 15-year-old juvenile who matched the description of a witness.
Officers recovered property from the breaking and entering.
Tackett and the juvenile were questioned at the police department. The pair was charged with one count each of unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle.
Tackett will be transferred to the Morgan County jail on $2,500 bond. The juvenile was released to his parents.
